Job Description

Excellent benefits and competitive salary with profit sharing. RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and maintain consistant size and fit and construction issues, grade rules and tolerances. Standardize the garment construction and fit of apparel. Understand and interpret the designs, work collaboratively with the brand team, and ensure product development milestones and calendar due dates. Effectively communicate with vendors on all required garment corrections and follow through to ensure adjustments are completed. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors in Fashion (or similar technical) and 4 plus years experience in Pattern / Apparel design. The more of the following the better: Pattern Design, Pattern Making, Size and Fit standards, Tech Packs, Garment construction, Pattern manipulation, Garment testing, Color palette, Adobe, Excel.
